SERVICE PERSONNEL

Position Title: Summer SOLE Substitute Cook II

Extra-Duty Assignment for Service Personnel

Job Description:

• Interpret menus and recipes

• Prepare and serve summer meals

• Handle duties of the point of service program

• Maintain and/or upgrade skills

• Perform any and all other job related duties as assigned by summer program and food service coordinator.

• Must be willing to work at all schools in the county.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent; or successfully completing GED program

• Pass state and county cook test and obtain food handler's card annually.

• Must be an employee of Monroe County Schools

Salary: Daily Rate of Pay/Pay Grade B, Salary based on experience and education level per Monroe County BOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.

Effective Date: As needed for the Summer SOLE program June 24, 2024 through July 26, 2024
