Summer School Clerk

• 2024

This is a Summer School Position and does not constitute a permanent hire in the District for the 2024-2025 school year.

The Summer School High School Program(s) has two sessions: 7:00 am

• 12:00 pm and 11:00 am

• 4:00 pm each day. The Program runs from June 3, 2024, to June 28, 2024. All teaching and learning will be in-person. All applications must be completed on Frontline. Certified Staff - $250 per session; Non-Certified $150 per session.

Requirements:

The Clerk shall:

• Report directly to his/her immediate Supervisor.

• Have basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

• Have basic knowledge of the Skyward Student System.

• Be able to manage TimeClock Plus as Employee Timekeeper.

• Be able to file and perform general office duties.

• Perform such other duties as may be assigned by his/her immediate Supervisor.

• Have knowledge of proper office courtesy skills and protocol.
