  • Clerk II - Office of Inspector General Business Operations

The position will assist OIG's Business Operations staff with filing and purging staff personnel records; assisting with completion of logs and reports; performing file maintenance in accordance with records retention requirements; coordinating inventory, asset, and supply management at the Broadmoor location; supporting scheduling and room reservations; and assisting Business Operations in promoting strong customer service to OIG staff. Essential Job Functions:

The position will assist OIG Business Operations staff with administrative and organizational support. Duties include:

  • Mail Sorting

  • Inventory

  • Data Entry

  • Filing

  • Scheduling

  • Running and Analyzing Reports

  • Assisting with Tracking Logs

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

A qualified candidate should be dependable, possess strong organizational and customer service skills, and must have experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Registration or Licensure

  • Be a student enrolled in or attending a technical, junior, community college, four-year institution or professional school, including Master or Ph.D. degree students located in the United States, which may require specific work requirements or projects for course credits or recent graduate (April-May-June 2019).

QUANTITATIVE TRADING INTERNSHIP Virtu's internship program offers students an extraordinary opportunity to learn about the firm and the world's financial markets. Quantitative Traders become experts in Virtu's trading technology and its interaction with the market. As a Quantitative Trading Intern, you'll work alongside Virtu's senior traders on a variety of exciting and challenging projects that introduce you to all the intricacies of market making. We've designed the internship to be very hands-on; interns will spend most of their time solving trading problems as they occur in the markets and working from a menu of projects with the team.
