The position will assist OIG's Business Operations staff with filing and purging staff personnel records; assisting with completion of logs and reports; performing file maintenance in accordance with records retention requirements; coordinating inventory, asset, and supply management at the Broadmoor location; supporting scheduling and room reservations; and assisting Business Operations in promoting strong customer service to OIG staff.
