Education and/or Experience •Must be enrolled in or have graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science or similar discipline.•Must have completed at least 2 years of related coursework Essential Duties and Responsibilities•Provide ongoing technology recommendations and provisions of tools•Produce periodic newsletters or other forms of communication•Update Cybersecurity awareness information•Other duties assigned as needed.Other Skills and Abilities •Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word.•Excellent trouble shooting skills with solid documentation.•Creativity and ability to think "outside the box" are important, while also retaining the ability to deliver solid solutions in a constrained timeframe. •Must have the attention to detail and the ability to multi task.•Should understand, appreciate and function effectively in a team environment. A customer-focused, service-driven attitude is essential.•Must be able to communicate effectively, both in the written word and verbally, and use e-mail constructively.•Must be able to utilize and manage databases.* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
