Reporting Relationship: Reports to Scientist I, Protein Engineering
We seek a highly motivated individual to support the protein engineering group at CytomX. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, expression, purification, and characterization of recombinant proteins.
Monitor and maintain cell cultures
Organize data and communicate results in internal scientific meetings.
Working towards or already have obtained a B.S. in Biochemistry or Protein Chemistry or related discipline.
Familiar with current molecular biology techniques and recombinant protein expression (e.g., cloning, transfections, SDS-PAGE, PCR, ELISA)
