Penske Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and hard-working Summer Intern near Indianapolis, IN to join our summer internship program. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the inner workings of all the departments within an automotive dealership and discover your passion!

PAG Interns receive the opportunity to obtain hands-on experience within each department of the dealership thereby gaining insight of the automotive industry. The Intern will have the chance to work in all departments throughout the market; including Sales, Accounting, Finance, Service, and Human Resources!

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER

• Full-time, 10-week paid internship available to College Juniors and Seniors.+ Gain comprehensive knowledge of automotive dealership departments, people, and processes.+ Practical hands-on experience within each department of the dealership (Sales, Service Department, and Business Office).+ Work closely with Department Managers or/and General Manager for additional training, support, and development.+ Fortune 500 company, ranked among the "World's Most Admired Companies" by Fortune Magazine.+ Consistently recognized by Automotive News as among the "Best Dealerships to Work For."

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Junior or Senior undergraduate standing, graduate students and recent graduates considered.+ Excellent research, writing and communication skills.+ Sincere desire to work in automotive retail.+ Ability to produce results in a fast paced, results driven environment.+ Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.+ Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.+ Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.+ Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
