As an intern on the University Recruiting team you will be responsible for managing logistics for the Cirrus Logic Intern Experience, campus engagement events, communicating with the incoming intern class, and content planning for the University Relations team.

Responsibilities

Plan, facilitate and execute intern events and programming, including vendor management, budget planning, and onsite support.

Support intern hiring through candidate communications, interview scheduling, etc.

Maintain relations with key university partners by supporting onsite hiring and campus engagement events

Communicate and share information with incoming interns through monthly newsletters

Post internships and entry-level roles via electronic job boards at target campuses

Tracking work authorization expiration dates for international students

Assist with Cirrus Logic University Recruiting branding an implementation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, HR, HDO, or similar and returning to school for at least one semester following the internship

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Well-organized and self-starting, and have an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a growth mindset

Have professional or personal experience working in an event planning and customer-focused environment

Experience with Canva

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Previous work experience or internships in a related field is a plus
