Summer Intern - Finance/Accounting

Overview

ERMCO (Electric Research and Manufacturing Cooperative, Inc.) is headquartered in Dyersburg, Tennessee, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc. (AECI), Little Rock, Arkansas. ERMCO is one of the largest producers of oil filled distribution transformers and transformer components in North America.

ERMCO is looking to hire a Finance / Accounting Intern to work from May to August 2025. This role will provide the opportunity to learn and work in our finance organization, primarily supporting our accounts receivable and accounts payable team.

Responsibilities

This opportunity will be based at our location in Dyersburg, TN and the role will be on-site.

An internship with ERMCO will provide a variety of experiences and exposure the finance team through meaningful project work that contributes to the overall strategic business goals of ERMCO.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a university student that has completed at least Sophomore credits and pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting.The successful candidate will have excellent skills in MS Excel and strong communication skills.
