Our Summer Intern program offers hardworking college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events. Fiserv interns are in session from June 2, 2021 - August 13, 2021 and work approximately 40 hours per week.
The Merchant Support Department assists Fiserv's merchants regarding their merchant processing account. The group handles all updates to merchant accounts, both financially impacting and otherwise.
The team is often tasked with reviewing accounts and researching discrepancies and assists merchants with reconciling their funds. Interns will be actively assisting Merchant Support reps in completing vital account updates, as well as assisting in other office duties. We expect interns to assist with ongoing team initiatives, as well as taking the lead on other organizational projects.
Candidate Qualifications & Education Requirements
What we are looking for
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Analytics
GPA 3.0+ preferred
Must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines
Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and verbal communications skills

Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
