Our Summer Help program runs from May 24th, 2021 to August 7th, 2021. We are looking for both part time (24 hours) and full time (32+ hours), this position has an every weekend requirement.
We are offering an End of Program Bonus to individuals that meet all the requirements at the end of this temporary position.

As a Mental Health Associate, you will:
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment
Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors
Assist with patient groups and activities
With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs.
You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, crisis intervention techniques, and CPR.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
College students who have obtained or are pursuing their degree in behavioral health, psychology or human services are strongly preferred
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, impeccable judgment & professionalism, and the ability to maintain composure in a crisis situation
