Description

Student employees in this temporary, summer position will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Department in multiple facets. This includes, but is not limited to, working as Residential Hall Cleaning Team, Facilities Office Staff, Event Set Up Staff, Grounds Clean Up, and Light Moving, among other duties as assigned. Hours may vary per week, based on the needs of the department. Hourly wage is $14.50/hour

Student applicants should be willing to work in a self-directed task-based environment while making a valuable contribution to the Stephens community.

Student employees will be held accountable for their own hours and will be expected to work when assigned. This position is temporary, part-time and will not exceed 29 hours per work week.

Requirements

• Punctual

• Responsible

• Flexible in work schedules and duties

• Courteous

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to read and understand written instructions and product labels

• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment

• Ability to complete work independently

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. without assistance, 50 lbs. with assistance
