Job Description:
The student will work as support staff for office functions and logistics in preparation/implementation of summer events, rental groups, and conferences.
Provide support as a front-end customer service representative.
Prepare, distribute, and collect packets of college materials for each rental group.
Assist with check-in and check-out processes as well as other duties as part of the execution of a campus rental.
Be a point of contact person to support the rental groups during their time on campus, liaison for groups needs.
Support the Director of Conferences & Campus Events and Manager of Campus Rentals & Events with projects or tasks as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Positive personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Competency with Microsoft Office applications, Office 365.
Ability to work with structure and also independently.
Good organizational skills.
Flexible work schedule.
Willingness to work in different campus settings: office, residence halls, campus center. This is not a remote eligible position.
This position is required to be available on campus for the date ranges of May 15 (but no later than May 28th) through July 31, 2024.

This position is open only to students currently enrolled at MCLA.
