The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking Summer Camp Teachers in Summerville! No nights or weekends! And make a difference every day.

About The Sunshine House:
Bright Futures Start Here! We are more than simply daycare for infants through school-age children. Our vision is to: Partner with families to create a better world. We use exciting school age curriculum and do fun field trips!Pay range: $15 - $20 per hour, based on experience & education.

Summer Camp Teacher Responsibilities:Summer camp staff supervise young campers and make sure they learn and have fun, while staying safe.

• Plan outdoor activities or sports for groups of campers.
• Lead recreational and educational activities, such as swimming or crafting.
• Educate campers through games and explorations.
• Make sure all safety rules are followed.
• Drive a 14-passenger mini bus to field trips (no special license required).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience working in summer camp childcare OR a bachelors degree.
• Coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Energetic and positive personality.
