Radial Power focuses on providing distributed energy and sustainability solutions to commercial and industrial real estate asset owners across their regionally dispersed and diverse asset class portfolios.

Founded in 2022, Radial Power is led by an experienced management team with decades of cumulative industry experience in growing and building sustainable, profitable solar, BESS, EV, and clean energy financing businesses.

Our main goal is to help large real estate operators to deploy energy solutions creatively, maximizing the number of sites with reliable and cost-competitive onsite clean energy assets, supporting the decarbonization of their operations and communities.

As an intern at Radial Power, you will have the opportunity to:

• Expand your knowledge and skills while gaining hands-on professional experience.

• Engage with leaders throughout the organization and learn about the clean energy industry.

• Have lunch with a member of our Executive Management Team.

• Our program takes place from June - August lasting for 8-10 weeks.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

As an Intern in our Development team, you will have the unique opportunity to work with a develops commercial solar projects from customer acceptance through the construction cycle. All the while, paving the way to make a difference in the future of Radial Power and sustainable energy.

• Prepares analysis and reporting for key activities and projects by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; reviews reporting packages and documents detailed explanations for variances.

• Compiles weekly executive summary and key performance indicator reports

• Documents current and future-state processes to create support for changes through flowcharts, business requirements documents, data definitions, etc.

• Support data management initiatives through file management, data updates, data architecture changes, and data transition activities

• Provide support to ad hoc requirements as they arise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor degree program with an expected graduation date between May 2025 and May 2026.

• Majoring in Business or related discipline.

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude applying advanced knowledge of business protocols & metrics; a high degree of accuracy is required

• Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Excel analytical capability and Outlook

• Interest in the renewable energy or clean energy sector.

• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Work experience as a business analyst in an operations or reporting environment highly desired

• Tableau experience

• Python experience

• Smartsheet experience
