The TCM Digital Revenue team manages strategy and operations for TCM's digital products and loyalty programs including the Watch TCM TVE app, TCM Shop ecommerce store and the TCM Backlot fan club.
Research the ecommerce and fan club competitive landscape to help make sure we are staying up to date with industry best practices
Assist with TCM Shop asset management
Researching events for TCM's fan club members
Assist our data team with data visualization projects
Help manage the backlog of user experience changes needed on the websites our team supports
An interest in consumer-facing products and the fan communities they cater to
Ability to jump from one project to another easily
Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently once given direction
Have the ability to take constructive feedback and make adjustments as needed

Summer 2020 program dates are June 1st through August 7th. Interns are paid a competitive-wage based on location and relocation is not provided. Participation in the internship program is reserved for students who are currently enrolled or within 6 months post-graduation. Most positions are targeted to upperclassmen and graduate students.
