ON Semiconductor is seeking a tech-enthusiast to join the HRIS team, located in Phoenix, Arizona. As an HRIS Intern, you will have the opportunity to support human resources initiatives from a technology perspective. Being a part of the team means participating in collaborative and cross-departmental groups to drive human capital management from a systems perspective. In this role, the HRIS Intern will:
Assist in facilitating the intake process for new requests, including those for projects, report development, and issue resolution
Learn about cloud HR Systems, and conduct basic configurations within Oracle's Human Capital Management and Talent Acquisition platforms
Support team initiatives by participating in meetings, taking notes, and carrying out action items
Learn and perform data analyses for the purpose of validations, audits, and root-cause analysis across various modules within HR Systems
Support the identification and implementation of solutions identified
This opportunity will ask a student to have the following performance objectives:
Engage with team members to track tasks and status of projects on a weekly basis
Perform effective root-cause analyses as new issues arise, and report on those analyses routinely
Communicate project and task status effectively with cross-departmental teams on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
In order to be considered for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in school pursuing an accredited degree program. This position is specifically looking for a local student pursuing a Human Resources or Information Technology degree program.
