Title: Super Clean Room Coordinator

Shift: Compressed Work Week

Pay Range: Based on experience and measurable results.

Shift Differential: Front Nights (+12%), Back Nights (+15%)

Reports to: Production Operation Lead

Job Summary:

Room Coordinator provides directive, feedback, training and communication while operating manufacturing process equipment in a technology product (wafer) finishing process. Ensure that priorities are met, the highest quality product is sent to the customers and all work is done as a team in a safe and clean environment.

Job Duties:

Provides update and communication to Lead, leadership team, Engineering and fellow co-workers. Assume responsibility for room's production.

Supports or leads training of new employees in their location. Exercise product (wafer) handling skills that prevent loss of product due to carelessness. Complete batch divide process steps as needed.

Loading and unloading of wafers into cleaning benches and machines in the inspection room. Stage incoming work as needed. Process product through the post inspection process including packaging.

Data entry into Excel spreadsheets and system (GIP). Enter process directions into the production tool computers. Continuous and accurate data collection and input. Maintain 5S protocol.

Continuous housekeeping of process tools and immediate area floor and wall space. Perform visual product inspection, including both front and back side of product. Perform equipment changes on tools as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Qualifications:

This position requires English speaking and reading skills; process documents can be read and instructions can be understood. High level of teamwork and cooperation.

This position requires that all safety requirements be strictly followed at all times. Understanding of basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division are required. Requires a high level of self initiative, desire to learn and be effective.

Detailed oriented work with the ability to listen and pay close attention. Ability to use manufacturing process equipment, PC and peripherals (printer, scanner), basic hand tools, cleaning supplies and equipment.
