The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for Premium Services Supervisors to join our team at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville,Florida. As a Premium Services Supervisor you will lead a team of attendants, ensuring our luxury suites are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. You'll experience the game day excitement, learn and grow your leadership skills, and be part of team committed to creating moments that matter.

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates premium club, suite, or restaurant staff, including training on company and departmental standards and providing constructive and corrective feedback as needed.
Ensures a positive and impactful guest experience by delivering professional and courteous guest service.
Receives and facilitates any premium guests' and attendants' requests and orders.
Analyzes and resolves problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Food and Beverage Manager.
Learn and be comfortable with all food and beverage menu items to effectively complete financial transactions and answer guests' questions.
Ensures all game day food and beverage orders arrive in a timely manner and quickly addresses any discrepancies with appropriate area.
Maintain a clean, organized, stocked and safe area. Immediately reports any low inventory and safety and maintenance issues to the Premium Coordinator.
Completes and assists staff with opening and closing duties as outlined according to departmental standards.
Responsible for performing end of month inventory for suites pantry according to inventory standards.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment, required.
Previous experience with a POS system.
Excellent guest service skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead.
Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environment.
Good leadership and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks.
Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service and clean up of suite.
Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.

As a Cook 3, you will be a visible leader in the kitchen, partnering with the management team to deliver food to quality standards, train kitchen team members, and monitor the quantities, labor, and overhead costs. Responsibilities * Assist in training and coaching of other team members. * Review menus and customer orders to determine type and quantities of food to be prepared, properly measures and portions all food items. * Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures. * May plan menus and estimate required food quantities, labor, and overhead costs. May lead the work of kitchen assistants in preparing, cooking, and storing food, as well as in maintaining kitchen and storage facilities in sanitary condition. * Utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as: knives, slicers, whips, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc. * Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly. * Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items and packages all products to proper specifications. * Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according proper guidelines. * Keep workstation, coolers and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked. * Follow and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations. * Use waste control guidelines and records all waste on spoilage sheet. * Complete end of day inventory and other opening/closing duties in accordance with company checklists and procedures. * Perform other duties assigned. VIEW JOBS The Opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring set up team runners to join our team at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville Florida. As a set up runner, you will be directly responsible for: receiving the beverage order, stocking pantries, stocking suites with pre-order beverage, assisting the kitchen in cold food distribution, putting out any specialty orders, and receiving the bread order. Set up will guarantee 3 days of work, plus the option to work the game on Sunday. Responsibilities * Attend pre-shift briefing, taking note of relevant information such as service scheduling, organization, food, beverage, and guest notes. * Coordinate with Chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food. * Complete any required table-side service which may include taking orders, delivering, and explaining menu to customers. * Assist captains and back servers with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant menu items if it is missed. * Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients and preparations; be able to identify menu items and ingredients by appearance. * Maintain kitchen and suites cleanliness and organization at all times. * Perform other duties, as assigned. Qualifications * At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume preferred. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. * Excellent communication skills. * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Ability to perform opening, mid and closing duties as outlined by management.
