Sugarloaf Part Time Bartender 45 North

Overview

Sugarloaf Summer Bartenders play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for guests attending our resort's signature restaurant, 45 North. This position will allow you to display elevated mixology skills and beverage knowledge while assuring positive interactions with guests in a fast-paced setting. We currently have one part time positon available in this role for our current summer season. Responsibilities

• Educate and inform guests on spirits, wine, and beer. Must have extensive knowledge of bar and food menu.

• Must be knowledgeable (or able to quickly learn) about Sugarloaf and surrounding areas in order to answer guest questions and direct accurately

• Perform opening and closing duties, pre-shift and post-shift, as wells as completing required stocking and cleaning duties during shift

• Responsible for cash handling, ensuring till is accurately balanced, and calculating tip outs

• Effectively communicate with co-workers and management. Encourage a productive and positive atmosphere

• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted.

Qualifications

• must be 18 years old
• must either possess ServSafe certification or be able to obtain certification upon hire
• preference given for TIPS training
• must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• previous experience preferred but we are willing to train the right fit
