Sugarloaf Call Center Reservations Agent

Overview

Sugarloaf is seeking personable and friendly people to work as sales agents in our reservations call center. A Sugarloaf Call Center Reservations Agent plays a key role in helping guests plan their Sugarloaf vacations. A Reservations Agent is expected to manage a high volume of telephone calls to assist guests in making their lodging reservations; in selecting resort packages and lift ticket options; and must also be able to respond to guest queries regarding a wide variety of additional resort offerings. Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of phone calls to assist guests with reservations and inquires

• Be knowledgeable of resort offerings and events to assist guests in their vacation planning

• Be able to develop knowledge of the resort and surrounding area to respond to general guest questions

• Be able to forward guests with complaints/concerns to supervisor for resolution

• Have the willingness to be trained on reservation software

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry and area preferred but not required.

• Prior customer service/sales preferred but not required.

• Willingness to learn is a must

• Must be able to multi task, be well organized, and be detail oriented

• Must be available weekends/nights/holidays

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Degree or GED equivalent
