Therapist Shift Details: Full-Time Pay Rate: $85,000 - $97,000, based on experience Location: Cathedral City, CA Job Description:

The Therapist will provide clinical services at Detox and Residential levels, with occasional support in PHP. The Therapist will work closely with the treatment team to develop personalized treatment plans and support discharge planning, all while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling with proficiency.

Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with the team. Ensure adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics and Joint Commission Standards. Provide crisis intervention, including de-escalation and suicide risk assessment.

Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding client confidentiality. Build strong therapeutic relationships with diverse populations, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
