Description
Our client is seeking a SuccessFactors HR Technology (HRIS) Analyst who will be responsible for supporting our clients deployment of the SuccessFactors Talent Management Suite.

Key Accountabilities:
Provides functional, administrative, technical and end user support for one or more of the following talent modules:
Platform
Learning Management
Recruitment Management / Onboarding / Recruitment Marketing
Performance Management / Goal Management
Succession Management / Career Development Planning
Compensation
Maintains working knowledge of HR domain processes.
Maintains detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors talent functionality, configuration options, integration points, and best practices.
Consults with HR Technology team members, SMEs and process owners to advise on the best way to leverage and configure SuccessFactors modules to achieve business objectives while maintaining a high level of supportability and sustainability.
Ensures that SuccessFactors is properly configured according to best practices such that unique customizations and overly complex configurations are minimized.
Performs QA activities on existing configurations and provides training on product administration, product integration and best practices around support and maintenance.
Plays a lead role in the assessment, testing and application of SuccessFactors quarterly releases.
Plans and executes User Acceptance testing to ensure quality implementations.
Develops clear documentation including specifications, job aides, operational guides, etc.
Assists with support of live modules including responding to incident reports and requests (tickets).

Required Skills:

Bachelors Degree preferred with a concentration in Human Resource Development, I/O Psychology, Organizational Dynamics, Information Technology, or related field.
3 5 years of experience working in Human Resources or an Information Technology environment preferred.
Experience in 2 or more of the following modules:
Platform (BizX, JPB, RBP, Employee Profile)
Learning Management
Recruitment Management
Onboarding
Recruitment Marketing
Performance Management / Goal Management
Succession Management / Career Development Planning
Compensation
SuccessFactors certification(s) a plus (Customer certifications or Partner certifications).
Experience supporting SuccessFactors integrations with 3rd party systems leveraging expertise in SuccessFactors integration technologies.
Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration, initiative and consensus building skills while working with team members, internal clients and/or stakeholders.
