Description
The Subway Lead Attendant will assist food court management with daily operating
procedures such as maintaining quality store operations, maximizing financial
performance, and providing oversight and direction to Team Members in Subway. The
Subway Lead Attendant will ensure service standards are met by providing friendly and
professional service while ensuring high quality food and beverage offerings. The Lead
Attendant will follow proper preparation techniques in accordance with Subway and
Thunder Valley Casino Resort. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all
Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Functions:

Effectively communicate new product information to the Team Members.
Assist in store scheduling and adjust staffing to meet store business needs.
Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profit.
Assist Food Court Management with accounting responsibilities.
Maintain accountability for store operations, Team Member development, and financial contribution.
Ensure Team Members follow meal and break policies.
Communicate operational and Team Member concerns to Food Court Management.
Compile daily end-of-shift reports and communicate with other leads and food court
management.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
knowledge, skills and abilities.
Three (3) years of experience in a food service outlet.
Computer proficiency including working experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel
and Word.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evening shifts.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Work is typically conducted in a kitchen environment which may be hot, cold, and noisy.

secondhand smoke. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull
and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of an assigned area. Team
Member must possess proper safety training in the use of chemicals. Frequent contact with
fellow Team Members and Guests is standard.
