The Pinnacle School , a private, special education day school for students in grades 2 through 12, is looking for a Substitute Teacher for a full-time school-based position. RESPONSIBILITIES | WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Substitute teachers are responsible for following daily lesson plans left by the teacher, providing a supportive classroom experience for our students’ different learning styles and current achievement levels. Substitutes will also monitor lunch and recess and perform other teaching-related duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS | WHAT YOU BRING Minimum of Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years experience teaching special education student populations with language-based learning differences Commitment to helping children of all abilities reach their full potential Excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, enthusiastic style to fit with our small-team environment.
