Substitute Teacher - Short-Term For University High School

Job Summary

Serve as a Daily Rate Substitute Teacher, providing academic classroom instruction for students in the absence of the regular teacher.

Short-Term Substitute License:

Expires on June 30, 2028

Must complete a district training prior to employment

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

$110 per day

Required Qualifications

1.Associate's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education or show completion of 60 semester hours of coursework

2.Short-Term Substitute License through the Regional Office of Education

Work Hours

Functional Expectations

Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:

1.Remain at a workstation for extended periods

2.Move about in various locations on and off campus as needed to complete day-to-day work

3.Effectively communicate on a daily basis
