POSITION: Long-Term Substitute, Middle School/High School Health and PE Teacher
LOCATION OF ASSIGNMENT: East Hampton Middle and High School
ANTICIPATED STARTING DATE: March 2024
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Design and deliver instruction in middle and high school PE and Health and all responsibilities associated with a teaching position in East Hampton Public Schools, including but not limited to:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university,
Certification by the State of Connecticut for K-12 Health and PE (043 and 044),
Demonstrated competency in the area of certification, the Connecticut Common Core of Teaching and a commitment to education excellence,
Demonstrated interest and aptitude for working with middle and high school students of all skill levels and abilities in PE/Health
Demonstrated ability to differentiate lessons
