Minimum Qualifications:

• Have earned a High School Diploma/equivalent or higher

• Hold and maintain a valid driver's license with no serious violations

• Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative

• Have three (3) years of experience as a Security Officer or law enforcement and show evidence of successful experience working with students

• Any current full time, 10-month employees interested in applying will only be used during non-contractual hours (ie-during the summer and special after hour events when a full time or part time security officer is not available)

Job Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor school buildings and grounds to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff

• Promotes attitudes of positive student behaviors and attitudes as well as assist the professional staff with the safety of students and staff and the security of the facilities

Salary and Terms:

• $29 per hour

• Must be available to work during school hours on an as needed, on call basis.

• Reports to Supervisor of Maintenance and Building Administrators
