Substitute Licensed Vocational Nurse - Special Services 2024-2025 School Year

Must have a current California LVN License and Valid CPR Certificate; also must have basic knowledge of gastrostomy tube feeding and tracheal suctioning required.

• Certificate Copy (copy of valid LVN Certification)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (copy of valid CPR certificate)
