BELA, HACKENSACK CAMPUS

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.High School diploma.

2.Excellent character references.

3.Effective oral and written expressions.

4.Experience working in day care center and/or with children ages eight (8) weeks to six (6) years - preferred.

5.Able to work a flexible schedule as necessary.

6.One or more courses in child growth and development - preferred.

7.Such alternatives to the above qualification as the Board deems appropriate and acceptable under state law.

8.New Jersey residency required within (1) year from date of hire.
