Job Summary

Under the general supervision of an administrator, the Custodian maintains assigned rooms, buildings and service facilities in clean, orderly and secure manner; performs outdoor and general grounds care duties when assigned. Positions in this class may perform duties during a day or evening shift. Incumbents will report to the principle for assignments, may be assigned to work a shift divided between two schools and be called off-hour for school emergencies.

*Custodial experience preferred *Must have current/valid driver's license. NOTE: MUST PROVIDE NAMES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR 3 REFERENCES.

Appointment to this position predicated upon proof of a negative TB test, district required proficiency tests, and fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice.

The Immigration Reform and Control Act require the district to obtain documentation from every individual who is employed which verifies identity and authorizes his/her right to work in the United States.
