Job Summary
Job Summary
There will be a variety of assignments that may require different tasks. The following provides some of these tasks: 1.
Prepares, posts and maintains files and records. 2. May contact parents regarding student absences. 3. May prepare student records and mail as appropriate. 4.
May prepare offset and ditto masters. 5. May take lunch count, collect, and account for monies. 6. Operates adding machines, duplicating machines, dictaphones and other office equipment including computers. 7.
Assists the school secretary or other office personnel. 8. Assists with minor first aid. 9. Makes appointments for school personnel. 10.
May prepare statistical reports including attendance reports; maintains records of departmental or school expenditures for supplies. 11. May prepare documents for electronic data processing. 12. May assist in assigning and reviewing the work of student assistants. 13.
May be involved in coordinating student testing/assessment including but not limited to ordering materials, assisting administrators in scheduling, administering, scoring and evaluating results. 14. Accepts deliveries from warehouse and makes arrangements for distribution. 15. Provides other related office/clerical assistance as related to the position.
