- Deliver direct instruction to individual students or small groups, making sure everyone feels included and successful.
- Provide personalized support to students with special needs, adapting methods materials meet individual learning styles and abilities, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Ensure children feel safe, supported, and excited about their educational journey.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to perform job duties that include walking, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and keeping up with active students.
- Must obtain and pass a background check through NYSED.
