The job of Cafeteria Assistant is done for the purpose/s of preparing and distributing food items for consumption by students and school personnel, promoting good eating habits and nutrition, supporting student health and development, tracking and reporting daily food inventory and maintaining facilities in a sanitary condition.

Requirements / Qualifications

Interested candidates must: Pass a substitute exam we proctor OR Have 48 semester college units OR possess an AA degree or higher

• Obtain proof of a negative TB test completed no sooner than 60 days of hire. Pass a CA Dept. of Justice & FBI Live Scan Criminal Background Check Resume optional.

One reference on your application must be from a past/present supervisor.
