Sheppard Accelerated Elementary School has an opening for a Substitute Bilingual Instructional Assistant/ Instructional Assistant from 4/15/2024 - 5/31/2024. Hours: Monday

• Friday 8:00am

• 2:30pm Grade Level: Tk-6th grade At Sheppard Elementary we believe that ALL students are gifted and talented.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education, Experience and other Qualifications: High school diploma/GED Must pass a basic proficiency test upon initial employment or possess an A.A. or higher, or 48 units at an accredited institution of higher learning First Aid certification required. (Training provided free of cost through online program) CPR certification desired Department of Justice and FBI Fingerprint clearance Negative tuberculin test Bilingual preferred

• Must demonstrate fluency in English and a specific language of District need.

• Letter(s) of Recommendation (2-3 Current Letters of Recommendation)
