Provide fiscal support to assigned accounts and functions such as account payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing. Perform entry level to advanced internal and external accounting duties in the review, evaluation and adjustment of assigned County Office and district accounts. Prepare and maintain financial and statistical records and files.
Required: -High school diploma or equivalent-One year clerical accounting experience.

Proven ability to read, interpret and apply sound judgement to a variety of documents, financial and statistical records.
Demonstrated experience in spreadsheet computer applications. Desired: -AA degree in Accounting.
Experience in a school district, county office of education, or governmental agency.
CASBO, ACSA, or related school business certifications.

This recruitment is to establish a Substitute pool for the position of Accounting Technician in our Business Services department. Substitutes work on an on-call as needed basis.
