Willamette Family's Downtown Treatment Center in Eugene, OR, is seeking a Substance Abuse Clinical Supervisor to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health Team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and traits necessary to lead and mentor a clinical team, providing high-quality substance abuse treatment services that meet the needs of every individual we serve. Location: Willamette Family Downtown Treatment Center (Eugene,OR) Compensation: $26/hour (Hourly, non-exempt) Position Type:

Demonstrated competence in leadership, wellness, service evaluation, staff development, service planning, case management, and use of community resources. Oregon state certification: CADC II or higher Five years of full-time experience in alcohol and drug counseling, or a Bachelor's degree with four years of experience in social services, or a Master's degree with three years of experience in social services.

Typing speed of 40 words per minute. Pass a required criminal background check. Adherence to the agency's non-discrimination policies.

Effective interaction with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical: Provide 1:1 and group supervision for substance use disorder counselors.

Ensure Evidence-Based Practices are implemented with fidelity. Assure quality care tailored to individual needs. Implement culturally appropriate services.

Mentor and coach the professional development of supervisees. Develop individualized plans for clinicians to build their skills. Compliance: Maintain high ethical and professional standards.

Participate in quality assurance reviews. Ensure compliance with rules and policies. Protect Individual Service Records in accordance with OARs, 42 CFR Part 2, and HIPAA.

Serve as a liaison between WF and other service agencies. Stay informed about addiction treatment advancements. Complete necessary requirements to maintain certification.

Perform tasks assigned by the Program Manager, Deputy Director, and Executive Director. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Expertise in addiction treatment best practices.

Knowledge of ASAM, OARs, and 42 CFR Part 2/HIPAA regulations. Proficiency in Office 2010 software, including Outlook. Skilled in evidence-based interventions like Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Ability to train, coach, and mentor clinical staff. Capability to follow oral and written directions. Flexibility in responding to changing needs.

Ability to work with clients in crisis Effective time management and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in clinical documentation. Professional written and verbal communication skills.
