Job Summary

Develop and conduct didactic and other appropriate groups. Coordinate patient discharge planning and implementation including aftercare. Assist in the development and attainment of outpatient department goals and objectives. Provide services to patients in various modalities including group and/or individual therapy sessions. Facilitate aftercare services. Maintain accurate reports of patient volume and identified quality indicators. Provide educational programs and information to the community regarding treatment options. Identify coverage issues with regard to insurance and authorization. Education and Experience
Master's degree in social work or related field with experience working with patients with substance abuse and related diagnoses.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have LCAC and LCSW; or LCAC and equivalent of LCSW. (LMFT or LMHC)
