Responsible for daily operations and management of clinical, PORT, and administrative services of the extended hours program to ensure services are provided for patients and their families in accordance with ARS polices. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to all counselors, counselor assistants and interns. Assumes clinic responsibilities when Regional Director is not available. The Program Manager facilitates clinical and interdisciplinary meetings. This is a management position requiring the individual to serve as a working role model for other counselors and staff.

Ensure clean, safe work environment and compliance with fire safety regulations, review of monthly safety checks with Health and Safety Officer
Complies with all ARS policies and procedures and responds to supervision.
Establish and maintain proficient understanding and application of State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR and HIPPA Standards and company policies
Addresses patient concerns and communications.
Completes documented review of all new patient charts, ensuring incoming patients have complete charts including assigned primary counselor, initial treatment plan, bio-psychosocial assessment, and interpretive summary according to the timeline in the ARS policy manual.
Responsible for coordinating quarterly peer reviews of all patient records and implementation of any improvement plans.
Provides individual and group clinical supervision and observation to counselors, counselor interns, and case managers.
Completes 90 day and annual review for each Counselor, Case Manager or Clinical Intern
Reviews and signs all patients' treatment plans and assessments for clinical accuracy, appropriateness, and timeliness.
Complies with State/Federal or Certification/Licensure training requirements.
Provides administrative supervision to all clinical staff to assure timely completion of work and adherence to program policies and procedures, which includes reviewing their weekly folders of patient paperwork.
Provides new hire orientation for all new employees.
Provides initial and ongoing training to all clinical staff.
Assists with inquiry calls and backs up staff on intake process.
Attends required manager, clinical and treatment team meetings on a weekly basis to allow consultations of current caseload.
Assists in the preparation and presentation of on-site trainings.
Assists in training and supervision of interns.
Performs other duties as requested by Regional Director.

Thorough knowledge of clinic best practice and state and federal regulations
Strong organizational skills
Master's degree with major emphasis in any of the following areas: social work, addiction studies, psychology or counseling.
Minimum of three years clinical experience in a health or human service agency, one of which must be directly related to substance abuse.
Minimum of two years supervisory experience and maintain a state license LCADC to provide clinical licensure supervision.
Proficient in the use of personal computers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficient with personal computers.
Successful completion of State required background check and required trainings.
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations pertaining to medication assisted treatment.
