Our team

The US M&O Microsoft 365 Business group (Office, Windows, Enterprise Mobility + Security) is looking for a product marketer to join our team, someone who is passionate about engaging with our sellers and customers to understand their business value drivers, someone who has proven marketing skills and the ability to apply strategic instincts for program improvement, and someone who has strong project management, analytical, and communications skills. Education, Key Experiences, Skills and

Knowledge:
  • 7 + years of professional experience highly desired

  • 3+ years' experience in product marketing and/or product management for enterprise software or technology products with a track record of delivering tangible business results

  • Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A.) required. MBA degree preferred but not required.

  • A passion for technology and the ability to clearly articulate technology solutions in a business and customer-centric manner

  • Proven marketing skills and the ability to apply strategic instincts for program improvement

  • Superior written and oral communications skills and adeptness in working with senior management.

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze business performance, identify market opportunity and develop useful insights from data

  • Ability to connect pragmatic operational issues with the strategic "big picture"

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively, and lead virtual teams in complex and ambiguous environments

  • Goal-oriented, action-focused, strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Optimism, tenacity, and grit

  • This role is based in the Bellevue WA area and will require some domestic travel

The role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Business Value Programs planning and execution with our large network of sellers and partners within the US, ensuring that these impactful programs are being leveraged at the right time within the selling motion with our customers.

The primary responsibilities of the US Modern Workplace Business Value Programs Lead include:

  • Lead planning and execution for Business Value programs, developing marketing programs, plans, and activities to increase utilization of Business Value Programs. Scale through field sellers and partners. Lead a cross-organization v-team to execute programs across the customer segments.

  • Deliver continuous improvement in program efficiency and effectiveness through thoughtful execution. This includes ensuring goals and success metrics are trending according to plan and adjusting the program to address business needs

  • Track and measure success of the programs. Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget.

  • Work closely across WW and US marketing teams to develop content, campaign and event strategies and programs to drive demand in the US

  • Partner with the WW Microsoft 365 Business Group, sharing feedback from customers, sellers, and partners to improve impact of the programs.
