Job Designation

Under the direction of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Manager, the SME Sales Support works closely with the Sales and BD group to support trade shows and demonstrations worldwide.

Job Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing and verifying demo system weapons, system hardware and courseware prior to trade shows and demonstrations.

• Assists in the planning and preparation of trade shows and demonstrations.

• Verifies the packing and shipment of trade show equipment.

• When not traveling, assists the SME team in testing, verifying training product software and hardware.

Job Specifications

Required Competencies

• Minimum of 4 years Military or LE experience.

• Familiarization of multiple small arms used by US and international forces

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Significant domestic and international travel required up to 75%.

Desired competencies

• 8 years of Military or LE Experience

• Experience in the use of weapons simulators to deliver training
