Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) who is committed to medical excellence, health care improvement and ensuring military personnel are ready to perform combat operations and humanitarian missions at home and abroad. You'll provide information technology technical and program management expertise to Defense Health Networks and their Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). The Market Technology Integration Office (MTIO) Division delivers the Geographic Service Leads (GSL) model to the Military Health System (MHS) CIOs. Through the GSL model, the division provides Program Management Support, Enterprise Resource Planning and Management, Enterprise Schedule Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Technical Support Services, Financial Management, and Internal Communications support to the MTFs within their health network/geographic market.
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for the following but not limited to:
Provides expertise in the development and execution of business, manpower, and analytical solutions that adhere to government and industry best practices and standards.
Functions as the expert on topics related to governance frameworks and organizational decision-making models.
Defines requirements, processes, and procedures for the Manpower SOP for managing requests from Chief Information Officers (CIOs) at Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs).
Updates SharePoint information for Manpower Team section.
Collaborates across multiple teams for manpower manning issues as they arise.
Provides CIOs with Manpower Mission Support in understanding their manpower resources and how to navigate the governance process to maintain and acquire manpower support.
Works as a liaison to the CIOs at the MTFs for identification of appropriate POCs for classification of position descriptions, Fully Automated System for Classification (FASCLASS), Manpower Change Requests (MCR), Information Technology (IT) Integration Board (ITIB) process, and any additional resources.
Work in tandem with the Finance and Data Analytics teams to address requests that come from the CIOs.
Serves as an advisor to senior leadership regarding the business, manpower, and analytical aspects of the organization.
SME level V performs the most complex independent thinking and tasks as compared to a level IV and may supervise others.
Other tasks as assigned.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 0900-1700 (flexible).
Travel: occasional travel may be required to support customer events and meetings.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of experience with a BS/BA, 10 years with an MS/MA, 7 years with a PhD, or 16 years pf related experience in lieu of experience.
Thorough understanding of position description classifications, Fully Automated System for Classification (FASCLASS), Manpower Change Requests (MCR), Information Technology (IT) Integration Board (ITIB) process.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings; preparing concise, accurate documents.
Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office products and related applications.
Ability to work with stakeholders to assess and mitigate potential risks.
Must be organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.
Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Tier 1 (T1) Public Trust Clearance.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
