Subcontracts Administrator, Lead
Key Role:
Serve as a Subcontracts Account Manager within Booz Allen's National Security Sector (NSS) leading a high energy, dynamic subcontracts team. Direct and coordinate the subcontract functions with a focus on subcontractor relationship management, terms and conditions, proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation across a myriad of program types, including systems development, technical and professional services, and fixed price engagements. Develop and lead your team's operational performance with a focus on strategic vision, growing capabilities, and offerings, implementing industry trends and best practices. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions to Senior NSS Leaders and program leadership. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing a diverse staff
Experience serving as a business advisor or key functional integrator, aligning people, processes, or systems to ensure quality support to programs
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive business-oriented solutions to challenging problems
Experience in contracts, subcontracts, and proposal preparation or purchasing in support of commercial or U.S. Government
Experience supporting complex proposals in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Knowledge of various contract types, including Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Firm-Fixed-Price Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) Term and Level of Effort (LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), or Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract types
Knowledge of creating, reviewing, or auditing file documentation in compliance
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and agency supplements
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
