Job Requirements

The position of In-Home Sub Contractor is a 1099 position that performs residential delivery, assembly and/or service jobs as needed in the designated geographic area assigned.

Position Responsibilities

  • Complete residential delivery and/or assembly jobs, service calls, and pm services.

  • Report required information to the National Field Support Center, via the queue, as prescribed.

  • Ensure helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people.

  • Drive sales through customer service, adhere to company programs, and meet customer expectations.

  • Uphold company standards and procedures.

  • Travel to multiple customer locations to perform jobs or to pick up merchandise.

  • Complete invoice for billing purposes/daily payment processing.

  • Attend all required conference calls.

Position Requirements

  • 2 years of related management or industry related experience.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • General skills in MS Office.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Ability to provide an acceptable background.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen.

Our target applicant will be able to execute hands-on activities while accomplishing business objectives. This applicant will act as a point of contact to the company's senior management team and human resources department. <br />     <br /> <strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:</strong> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Oversee human resources strategy and KPI metrics amongst all plant locations.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Act as a contact between senior management and all human resources plant locations.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Work closely with senior management to align business policies and practices with the company’s strategic vision. </li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Analyze human resources procedure and develop recommendations, policies, and solutions to company discrepancies.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Improve company-wide human resource services, policies, and programs by analyzing information.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Conduct weekly meetings between all human resources departments.</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Coach and develop human resource staff members across multiple locations. </li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Demonstrate leadership in supporting and executing corporate policies, while ensuring legal compliance with applicable federal and state requirements. </li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Administer our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) – including new hire information, benefits, compensation, time, etc. </li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Evaluate employee benefit programs by assessing benefit needs and recommending changes to management. </li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Manage worker’s compensation claims and help to maintain a safe work environment. </li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Other duties as assigned. </li> </ul> <br /> <strong>QUALIFICATIONS:  </strong>This position requires a 4-year degree, preferably in Human Resources.  Ideally, candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of direct Human Resource management experience and possess HR certifications.
