Job Requirements

The position of In-Home Sub Contractor is a 1099 position that performs residential delivery, assembly and/or service jobs as needed in the designated geographic area assigned.

Position Responsibilities

  • Complete residential delivery and/or assembly jobs, service calls, and pm services.

  • Report required information to the National Field Support Center, via the queue, as prescribed.

  • Ensure helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people.

  • Drive sales through customer service, adhere to company programs, and meet customer expectations.

  • Uphold company standards and procedures.

  • Travel to multiple customer locations to perform jobs or to pick up merchandise.

  • Complete invoice for billing purposes/daily payment processing.

  • Attend all required conference calls.

Position Requirements

  • 2 years of related management or industry related experience.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • General skills in MS Office.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Ability to provide an acceptable background.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen.

VIEW JOBS 12/12/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-12T00:00 <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">GHG is looking for a Dental Hygienist to provide services for the inmates housed at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Ashland, located in Ashland, KY.<br />  <br /> <strong>Available Position:</strong> Dental Hygienist<br /> <br /> <strong>Place of Performance:</strong> Services will be performed on-site in the Health Services Department at the FCI Ashland located at State Route 716, Ashland, Kentucky, 41105.<br />  <br /> <strong>Facility Information: </strong>The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Ashland is a low security institution housing male inmates with a satellite camp that houses minimum security inmates. The facility is located in the highlands of northeastern Kentucky, 125 miles east of Lexington and 5 miles southwest of Ashland.<br /> <br /> <strong>Employer Information:</strong>  Global Healthcare Group (GHG) is a healthcare staffing company specializing in staffing solutions for government and private sector clients across the United States. One (1) session will equal one (1) hour. The facility is expected to require an average of 6 sessions per day. The Dental Hygienist hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the institution. The contractor shall not normally exceed 30 hours per week.<br />  <br /> <strong>Period of Performance: </strong>60 months, upon acceptable performance and all necessary state reviews and approvals.<br /> <br /> <strong>Description of Services (includes but it is not limited to): </strong><br /> All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the field of Dental Hygienist Services, and compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. The contractor shall adhere to all standards and regulations associated with the Joint Commission (JC) and American Correctional Association Foundation/Core Standards for Adult Correctional Institutions and Bureau of Prison policies. The manner and method of performance are the sole responsibility and within the sole discretion of the Contractor, provided, the Contractor performs the services in accordance with standards and practices consistent with those in the community. The contractor’s performance shall be monitored by the COR. The contractor must be able to work with an inmate population from a variety of cultural, regional, racial and ethnic backgrounds. <br /> <br /> <strong>The Contractor will generally work under the supervision of the staff Dentist; however, may be required to work under the supervision of the Clinical Director or a BOP mid-level practitioner. </strong></span></span> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Provide dental prophylaxis on inmates who are referred by the dental staff </span></span></li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Provide thorough individualized oral hygiene instructions to each patient </span></span></li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Monitor oral hygiene and periodontal condition on each patient seen for dental prophylaxis</span></span></li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Complete necessary dental x-rays as specified by the dentist </span></span></li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Sterilize instruments used for prophylaxis and other instruments as specified by the dental staff </span></span></li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Perform necessary paperwork related to scheduling patients for dental prophylaxis as directed by the dental staff.</span></span></li> </ul> <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><strong>Position Requirements/Qualifications</strong><br /> The individual providing Registered Dental Hygienist services under this contract award must have evidence of licensure and experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist. The Dental Hygienist shall be certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association and have a minimum of two (2) years of experience providing Dental Hygienist services. Past correctional experience is desirable, but is not required. The contractor must specifically identify the individual that will be performing these services along with their quote. The candidate’s name and documents supporting their qualifications must accompany their quote (resume, photocopies of certificates and etc.)<br /> Attire: The contractor is expected to wear professional clothing while on duty (scrub uniforms are approved). The attire worn shall also be appropriate for the correctional environment in which the contract employee will be performing.
