Job Requirements

The position of In-Home Sub Contractor is a 1099 position that performs residential delivery, assembly and/or service jobs as needed in the designated geographic area assigned.

Position Responsibilities

  • Complete residential delivery and/or assembly jobs, service calls, and pm services.

  • Report required information to the National Field Support Center, via the queue, as prescribed.

  • Ensure helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people.

  • Drive sales through customer service, adhere to company programs, and meet customer expectations.

  • Uphold company standards and procedures.

  • Travel to multiple customer locations to perform jobs or to pick up merchandise.

  • Complete invoice for billing purposes/daily payment processing.

  • Attend all required conference calls.

Position Requirements

  • 2 years of related management or industry related experience.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • General skills in MS Office.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Ability to provide an acceptable background.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen.

Compensation

Reporting to the IT Sr. Associate, the IT Assistant performs the following duties: * Maintain and troubleshoot hardware/software issues in computer labs - MAC, PC, printer, and projectors; * Monitor the smooth operation of labs and smart-rooms daily by setting up required resources; * Provide feedback and help domain administrators to resolve network connectivity issues, software/hardware upgrades, and deployment; * Assist faculty/students in the use of educational applications via phone, email, and in-person; * Administer and maintain departmental SharePoint sites and sub-sites; assist with and maintain Software licensing Management System (SLiMS); design, deploy and support workflow in SharePoint Site; design, deploy custom forms in SharePoint using MS InfoPath; * Maintain and update Active Directory (AD); assist daily operations servers (print servers, Papercut, Deep Freeze, Global View, Lab Domains); manage Group Policy; script and implement windows batch files for regular maintenance in labs & smart rooms; * Assist with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Server 2012; create reports and queries to collect hardware inventory; configure and assist with Windows OS deployment using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and Windows Deployment Services; * Configure, deploy and maintain Hyper V 2016 bare-metal server; perform setup and test Virtual Machine in Hyper V Environment; setup and manage Storage Area Network (SAN); * Setup and maintain SQL server to store analytical data; script and deploy vbscript and windows batch file to collect analytical data in open labs; create analytical reports using MS Excel Power View & PivotChart.
