Job Requirements

The position of In-Home Sub Contractor is a 1099 position that performs residential delivery, assembly and/or service jobs as needed in the designated geographic area assigned.

Position Responsibilities

  • Complete residential delivery and/or assembly jobs, service calls, and pm services.

  • Report required information to the National Field Support Center, via the queue, as prescribed.

  • Ensure helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people.

  • Drive sales through customer service, adhere to company programs, and meet customer expectations.

  • Uphold company standards and procedures.

  • Travel to multiple customer locations to perform jobs or to pick up merchandise.

  • Complete invoice for billing purposes/daily payment processing.

  • Attend all required conference calls.

Position Requirements

  • 2 years of related management or industry related experience.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • General skills in MS Office.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Ability to provide an acceptable background.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen.

Compensation

Piece Work Commission/1099

This position is responsible for Systems Engineering infrastructure development for Navy SSP's Systems Engineering Transformation activities. * The engineer will drive a Model Based Engineering (MBE) infrastructure strategy and implementation approach to provide efficient and secure communication and data exchange as the SSP organization transforms from a paper document based conops to a model based conops. * The position will lead development and deployment infrastructure that enables SSP Branches, supporting Government organizations, and contractors to exchange routine communications, data, and models. * The engineer filling the position will elicit requirements across geographically dispersed organizations, create detailed budgetary estimates and execution plans to establish classified and unclassified data networks and data repositories. * Detailed network access and monitoring plans that protect the network from cyber threats and secure contractor proprietary information will be essential to success. * Assist in development of the classification and data protection strategy. * A broad goal of this position is to build a robust infrastructure team for SP2012 that will ensure Government organizations and contractors have the ability to communicate and exchange data in a robust, secure environment during execution of LE2 and other programs within the SSP portfolio. * This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Navy customer and establish the systems engineering foundation for the command in support of the next significant modernization phase of the Strategic Weapon System. * This position supports the Navy customer through calendar year 2021, subject to final determination with the Navy, based in Washington DC or Denver CO. Following that assignment, it is envisioned that the candidate will have the opportunity to rotate out of the SP2012 role into a role on the FBM program. Approximately 40-50% travel between Washington, DC and Denver, CO. Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.
