Job Requirements

The position of In-Home Sub Contractor is a 1099 position that performs residential delivery, assembly and/or service jobs as needed in the designated geographic area assigned.

Position Responsibilities

  • Complete residential delivery and/or assembly jobs, service calls, and pm services.

  • Report required information to the National Field Support Center, via the queue, as prescribed.

  • Ensure helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people.

  • Drive sales through customer service, adhere to company programs, and meet customer expectations.

  • Uphold company standards and procedures.

  • Travel to multiple customer locations to perform jobs or to pick up merchandise.

  • Complete invoice for billing purposes/daily payment processing.

  • Attend all required conference calls.

Position Requirements

  • 2 years of related management or industry related experience.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • General skills in MS Office.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Ability to provide an acceptable background.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen.

As a Business Coordinator within the bureau, you will be primarily responsible for: * Coordinating and communicating project elements within the bureau and division; * Directly assisting the Bureau Chief with decision-brief reviews, assigned internal projects and the development of new service offerings to customers of the bureau; and * Supporting customer requests typically related to network billing and scheduling. The budget of SITSD is primarily derived through the sales of IT services to state agencies. This atypical business model in a government organization affords the opportunity to be more dynamic in the adoption of changing technology. The incumbent in this position will be relied on to be a key extension of the network technology arm of the division to guide a myriad of project elements and ensure internal business operations are adequately maintained. General business operation will include, but not be limited to: supporting billing functions to include resolving customer queries; reviewing internal decision documents for content and accuracy; and managing communications with customers of the bureau. We seek an individual with exceptional communication and related soft-skills who is particularly skilled at coordinating a wide variety of business needs.
