Job Requirements

The position of In-Home Sub Contractor is a 1099 position that performs residential delivery, assembly and/or service jobs as needed in the designated geographic area assigned.

Position Responsibilities

  • Complete residential delivery and/or assembly jobs, service calls, and pm services.

  • Report required information to the National Field Support Center, via the queue, as prescribed.

  • Ensure helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people.

  • Drive sales through customer service, adhere to company programs, and meet customer expectations.

  • Uphold company standards and procedures.

  • Travel to multiple customer locations to perform jobs or to pick up merchandise.

  • Complete invoice for billing purposes/daily payment processing.

  • Attend all required conference calls.

Position Requirements

  • 2 years of related management or industry related experience.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • General skills in MS Office.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Ability to provide an acceptable background.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen.

Job Duties: This position serves as an integral member of the Technology Services Division (TSD) Management team along with other Bureau Chiefs and the Division Administrator. This position is responsible for the delivery and support of technology services operations, directing the delivery of technical support to agency computer and network users, deploying equipment and overseeing agency IT procurements. This position also participates in strategic planning, budget management, security planning and implementation, and research and development efforts for TSD. Incumbent must maintain and develop appropriate technical skills because they serve as the Senior Engineer on all Network Services projects. This position supervises eleven FTE that are located throughout the state. The position requires skills in program planning, scheduling and implementation; negotiation and mediation; work planning; business writing and English composition; delegation; data collection and analysis; program administration; developing approaches to computer system issues that have significant impacts on agency business processes; managing complex and varied system development and administration projects; developing project plans; and in the use of various computer hardware, network, and telecommunications tools; single and multiple-user computer systems, remote communication devices; and data communications equipment. Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience): The knowledge, skills, and abilities of this position are normally attained through combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field and five (5) years progressively responsible experience within the information technology industry, experience with networking concepts and products, Microcomputer experience, project planning and management experience, and staff supervision experience.
