Job Requirements

The position of In-Home Sub Contractor is a 1099 position that performs residential delivery, assembly and/or service jobs as needed in the designated geographic area assigned.

Position Responsibilities

  • Complete residential delivery and/or assembly jobs, service calls, and pm services.

  • Report required information to the National Field Support Center, via the queue, as prescribed.

  • Ensure helpers are available for any jobs requiring two or more people.

  • Drive sales through customer service, adhere to company programs, and meet customer expectations.

  • Uphold company standards and procedures.

  • Travel to multiple customer locations to perform jobs or to pick up merchandise.

  • Complete invoice for billing purposes/daily payment processing.

  • Attend all required conference calls.

Position Requirements

  • 2 years of related management or industry related experience.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • General skills in MS Office.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Required availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Ability to provide an acceptable background.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen.

Compensation

Piece Work Commission/1099

The right candidate for this job will possess the ability to build a cross-functional team, is adaptive to change, and operates with a high level of leadership, managerial skills, and professionalism. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent work/military experience * 5 years of Operational Managerial experience in a wireless voice/data network environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools * Demonstrated positive, proactive leadership role including taking the initiative to identify matters of importance; resolving problems in a timely fashion; fostering a sense of teamwork; and working well in an unstructured environment. * Ability to manage performance, positive coaching and feedback to employees/coworkers * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, or weekends Responsibilities: * Provide leadership for the Network Operations Field Team to achieve superior business results * Execute on the vision and strategy for the Network Operations Team with an emphasis on customer focus, network reliability and availability, lower network downtime, interdepartmental alignment, and creating a learning organization that strives for industry leading competencies. * Establish and drive a culture of accountability and trust that creates engaged associates passionately focused on providing a superior network for our customers through the company values and behaviors * Responsible for Leading, motivating and coaching a diverse team towards common goals and objectives with continued skill development. * Interfacing and providing support to all other departments in the organization, such as, Switch Operations, Site development, RF, Data Engineering and Transport Engineering on a daily basis. * Responsible for identifying and managing the expense and capital budgetary requirements and subsequent allocations for the network operations team * Drive cost optimization focus and efforts across the organization to ensure most efficient and effective resource utilization * Supervising and directing the Network Operations team to ensure the proper maintenance and operations of all cell sites and associated peripheral equipment. * Including but not limited to: Towers, buildings, access roads, ground upkeep, HVAC, power equipment and backhaul facilities. * Drive Network reliability and availability improvements utilizing tools and analysis from platforms such as NQARM, Splunk, ArTrac, Operations Dashboards, etc. * Ensure proper equipment sparing guidelines are upheld to support network recovery/reliability * Ensure proper tracking, inventorying and disposal of capital assets per defined Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Controls. * Ensure preventive maintenance procedures and schedules are followed to support the standard operating environment. * Ensure the creation of and review of Methods of Procedures (MOPs), Reason for Outage (RFOs), Change Requests and standard documents. * Perform a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, reporting and project tracking. * Administer and manage the safety program to ensure associates and company assets are in a safeguarded environment Atlantic Tele-Networks Flagstaff AZ
