Description:As the Sourcing Management lead supporting USG classified customers within the C4ISR-ISR&SE King of Prussia programs, this position requires broad experience and knowledge of subcontracts and the acquisition process. This position develops and executes a sourcing strategy during the proposal phase, program start-up, and throughout the life of a program to support LM's overall mission success.
The position requires the ability to work independently. Travel to subcontractor facilities is also necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
Working knowledge and experience implementing FAR/DFAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations/Defense Acquisition Regulation), multiple Contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursable), and experience in negotiation.
Experience in Supply Chain Management of various supplier types (e.g., large/small company development and maintenance, material procurement, staff augmentation), and SAP-Procure-2-Pay.
Experience with LM and RMS Sourcing processes and tools necessary for successful supply chain execution.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance.
Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams to represent Sourcing and Supply Chain requirements. Ability to work independently as the primary Sourcing POC at this location.
Experience with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures. Experience with LM and RMS Sourcing processes and tools necessary for successful supply chain execution. Effective communicator and experience leading teams.
