Job Summary:

Understands and implements "The 4 Step Selling Method", achieves personal sales minimums required by "Store Gold Star" program, helps maintain a visually appealing store, practices and implements all loss prevention policies and procedures.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, observes, communicates and reads. Regularly moves and pushes. Counts and writes to accurately complete documentation. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.

Job Summary: Summary The Associate Photo Studio Stylist is responsible for creating inspirational, on brand outfits for digital product photography needs, resulting in positive customer experiences and engagement. This role will assist the Sr. Photo Studio Stylist with creating engaging outfits, preparing products, scheduling shoots, styling onset and selecting product shots for Finish Line and JD Sports US websites. * Responsible for styling on-model photography for Finish Line and JD Sports US * Steam, prep, finesse pieces prior to items being on set and while on set * Responsible for making sure that product is displayed on model in accordance with studio style guide * Works closely with Sr. Photo Studio Stylist, Studio Coordinator, Associate Photographers and Distribution Center Staff to coordinate product transporting to and from distribution center * Responsible for keeping work stations clean and organized before and after each photo shoot. * Sources, picks up and returns props for all photo shoots at direction of Sr. Stylist * Stay current on the design/fashion industry including global and consumer trends, assessing and communicating their potential impact to the business. * Additional duties and projects as requested Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree in Fashion/Retail Merchandising with 1 - 3 years relevant experience as a stylist. On-model e-commerce photography a plus. Required Computer and/or Technical Skills Should be fluent in both Mac and PC operating systems. Core Competencies: Communication Skills Must be an effective communicator with internal and external individuals at all levels. This includes spoken, written, electronic, and presentation skills.
